You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
Kudaking88 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and promotional credits are processed in MYR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the equivalent MYR value at the time of confirmed transaction will be credited to the Account.
An Account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive calendar months with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. Kudaking88 may charge an inactivity administration fee of up to MYR 30 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive Account. The Company will provide reasonable notice before applying such fees. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period will be closed.
Kudaking88 accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian and international payment methods. The following methods are currently supported, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits:
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account or e-wallet is registered to a different person — are prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. Kudaking88 does not accept deposits made in cash, via money order, or through anonymous payment services.
Maximum deposit limits are set at the payment method level and may be subject to additional platform limits depending on your account verification status. Verified VIP accounts may be eligible for elevated deposit limits at the Company's discretion. Players may also voluntarily set lower personal deposit limits through the responsible gambling settings in their Account dashboard at any time.
No Deposit Fees: Kudaking88 does not charge deposit processing fees for any supported payment method. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply its own transaction fees — these are outside the Company's control.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the Kudaking88 Account holder. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting certified copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Kudaking88 is required to verify the identity of Account holders before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation — typically a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport) and a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months — must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified Account are processed without re-verification unless there is a change in personal details or payment method.
Kudaking88 targets the following processing windows for withdrawal requests, measured from the time of KYC-verified request submission: Standard accounts — 10 to 30 minutes; VIP Gold — priority queue; VIP Platinum — express processing under 15 minutes; VIP Diamond — express processing under 10 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts, although very large withdrawal requests may be processed in batches at the Company's operational discretion.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only eligible for withdrawal once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met and within the Bonus Expiry period. The Company reserves the right to set a Maximum Cash-Out limit on specific promotions, as disclosed in the individual promotion terms. Withdrawal of winnings in excess of any applicable Maximum Cash-Out cap is not permitted.
Kudaking88 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise in its own terms and conditions.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before becoming withdrawable. The specific multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated on each promotion page. For illustrative purposes only: a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires total bets of RM1,500 before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand is RM250 unless the specific promotion states a different cap. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active — intentionally or otherwise — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards clearing a Wagering Requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise: Video slots — 100% contribution; Classic slots — 100%; Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) — 10%; Other table games — 10–20%; Crash and instant games — 50%. Live sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on the promotion.
All Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire within the period stated on the individual promotion page. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Upon expiry, all Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings that have not been cleared are forfeited automatically.

The Kudaking88 brand name, logo, and all related trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of any Company trade mark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kudaking88 excludes all liability for any losses or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising from or in connection with:

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, the Company may retain the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance will be returned via the original deposit method within a reasonable period.
